The Allegany Elementary School is presenting a program for children in kindergarten, first and second grade, called the Gator Program. This program teaches the children character traits such as responsibility, honesty, trustworthiness, friendship, and respectfulness. It also encourages them to lead active and healthy lives. It runs on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:00-9:00. Parents of the children that are in kindergarten, first, and second grade are encouraged to attend to see what their children are learning and what to expect from them.
